TERMS OF SERVICE:

GENERAL

Read carefully before ordering a commission. I have the right to decline your commission request with or without reason. If the art is used/uploaded on other pages, you have to credit me.

Do NOT trace, edit or remove the watermark of my art. Do NOT rush me.

DOs AND DON'Ts

Humanoid characters and anthros are preferred.

I do NOT draw extreme gore/fetish or mechas.

CLEAR REFERENCE

Please always provide a clear reference of your character. If not, I will have to charge an extra design fee.

PAYMENTS

Full payment has to be payed beforehand. All payments must be processed via Paypal.

REVISIONS

When your commission progress has started, I will send you your finished sketch. The client has 2 free revisions during the sketching process. After this, there won't be any more chance to change your request.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Depending on my queue, your commission can usually take up to 1-8 weeks. Longer waiting periods will be individually discussed and have to be agreed to.

USE

The client has full use for their commissioned piece in any private way. Commercial uses have additional fees which will be discussed individually.

Any commercial use of a private commission is prohibited, will have legal consequences and the commissioner will be banned from commissioning again.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The client has full usage rights of the finished illustration, as long as a suitable purchase for the usage has been made. However, the copyright will remain by me (MagicMaine), since I am the one who created it. I retain full copyright of the commissioned piece, even after completion. I retain the right to publish your commission publicly on my social medias, use it as promotion for future commissions or sell fanart commissions as merchandise. I will not sell works featuring original/fanmade characters.

NFT

I have no interest in selling my art as/for NFT (Non-fungible Token). Using it as such without permission is prohibited and will have legal consequences.

AI

Adjusting your commissioned piece with the help of artificial intelligence is prohibited.

REFUNDS

Once the work has begun, your commission can not be refunded. If the client still wishes to do so, it depends on the progress of the started commission to calculate the cancellation fee.

COMMUNICATION

The client can either send me an email, a direct message on social media or you can contact me through Discord (magicmaine).
